GM ENVOLVE SIMULATOR SHROUD

Working with sim development company, Pixel and Texil, Haptic Workshop designed and fabricated shrouds representing abstracted versions of the GM Envolve vehicle to support the development of two simulators used for training and promotion of GM's newest electric fleet vehicle. Our objective was to create a shroud with a sleek appearance yet simple construction, while giving a subtle nod to design elements of the vehicle emulated. The shrouds maintained tight tolerances to the simulator structure in order for the simulators to stay fully assembled as they made their way to multiple trade shows and conventions representing the GM Envolve line of fleet vehicles.
